Vegas Baby..Vegas!!

Oh welcome back you wonderful cyberworld, you! It has been quite some time since I have last blessed you with my mental presence hasn't it? For shame. I do apologize, but I have just had so much going on that I had to replace my blog with other things. Like sex. Not to worry. Many updates are to come in this blog, so sit back, crack open a beer, kick your feet up and spend some time with me!

For starters! I started school. Yada yada yada..blah blah blah. I get it. But this is my "future" we're talking about.. isn't it? Isn't this supposed to determine what I'll be doing with the rest of my life? Parents say yes. Obama says yes. Even some of my peers say yes. Me? I say NO! I know too many people with college degrees who are still making an hourly wage. Man, they got it made in the shade now don't they?! Get outta here! I have dreams and aspirations that cannot be determined by a GPA I received in an underpriced, overpopulated college. Stop feeding this nonsense that college is a MUST to be successful in life. What kind of message are you sending to the young adults that honestly can't afford to go to school? Are you saying they simply have no shot to do anything with their lives? That they can't successfully run a business without getting a degree in some random business course? Please. That's a joke. And that is also the end to my rant about school.

For second strings! My comedy thing is doing ok I guess. I still haven't actually gotten up on stage (due to miscommunication) and performed a set yet. I have written so much material though. All my friends think the majority of my stuff in laugh worthy. I have high hopes. Comedy is something I've sort of secretly had a passion for all my life and I didn't even really know it. I've always enjoyed making a mockery of myself to the delight of others. Sure, you're laughing at me, but I'm still the reason why you're laughing. Laughter makes the world a better place. Wanna hear a joke? For you sports fans.. T.O. drops more balls than 12 year old boys. Boom. Love it! I plan on getting on stage soon though and I will have it recorded both in audio and video. I'll most likely post it on my other blog dedicated to my comedy alone, but I'll provide a link.

For those who barely made the roster! So, I just took, and got back from, a trip to Vegas. Had a freakin blast. Met the girl of my dreams. This girl is so perfect (she is a dance I might add) that my friend, who is in a somewhat serious relationship, recorded a video of her dancing and set it as his phones screen saver. Ha. I got a laugh out of that one. Man she was gorgeous and I don't throw the "g" word around very often. While in Vegas, we all went out to Dick's Restaurant. For those who don't know, Dick's is a restaurant where the servers and employees are complete assholes to you. Its all in fun, so don't take it personally if you ever go! Anywho. Our server was a character! Right off the bat he was shooting insult after insult. Nay! I shall not be out done! I am too quick off the cuff for that! We battled. He questioned my manhood for ordering a salad. "Get my damn food! I swear I've seen better servers in childrens tennis!" Right off the top. I swear. I believe I gained his respect, since he was pretty chill with us afterwards. He was actually cool to the point where he was able to hook us up and put us on the VIP guestlist at LAX, which is a pretty hot club at the Luxor. Yeah, that's how I roll son! Unfortunately, I spent all my money on the blackjack dealers' tuition and child support so I could only afford a few of the TEN DOLLAR WELLS DRINKS over at this magnificent club. All in all I had a blast. I saw Chris Angel pretend to do magic. What a phony. I figured out each and every one of his tricks. You're not so awesome without camera magic are you, Chris? Oh well.. It was only $20. Holler! Walked the strip several times. Two girls approached my friend and I and asked us if we wanted to party. Now, I don't know about Vegas, but where I'm from when two girls ask if you want party you say yes because you think they actually want to party. These girls? Ha..ha..ha! No. "$100 to watch us shower together. Another $100 if you want to join in." Bitch is you crazy?! Just cuz I'm wearing a $200 outfit (that was primarily purchased at Marshall's) and smoking a big-o-fat stogie does NOT mean I want to pay for sex. I was looking pretty money that night though. So, yeah. Like I said.. all in all a good time. Can't wait to go back!

So, I've done what I could to catch you up on the Life of Coy. Tune back to see what other crazy adventures I find myself in!

Police and their egos.. I swear!

So, a quick update from my ealier post. I was found guilty in my hearing this morning. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm man enough to admit when I do, do something wrong. If this cop would have been going to posted speed limit this whole thing would have been avoided. New Mexico police are a bunch of egotistical, used-to-be bullied assholes. Excuse me for having the stones to pass you when I'M DOING THE SPEED LIMIT! Oh well though.. That's what I get for thinking the justic system will actually listen to what someone other than the person behind the badge has to say. Anarchy.

Got it!

Wow.. So I wrote this long post about how my comments weren't working, but now they are. And why I've been away from my blog for so long and what I'm doing today and blah blah blah and then when I try to post it says something like I double clicked the post link and to click "back" on my browser. So, I click that darned arrowed pointing into the direction I don't want to go in life and it erases my entire post!! AGH!

So, I'm just going to recap. Thank you person I will not name outloud (just incase you don't want me to) for letting me know my comments did not work. They do now, so please feel free to comment your life away!

I've been away from my blog because I've been working hard on my house. Texturing, painting, drywalling.. Pretty much just making it awesome. I'll try to get some pictures of the fnal result.

Today's Agenda: Court at 10:45, check deposit so I can eat, get a ride home and MORE TEXTURING AND PAINTING!! This day just keeps getting better and better!

Show me some love people.. I mean afterall, I DID fix the comments for you guys! :)

Freedom of Speech.. HA!

So, I just read a report on Yahoo.com about a man who hung his flag upside down. Now, before I continue this blog please understand I'm not supporting his flag hanging, but his overall idea and message.

This man invested over $200,000 in an Italian supper club, as they called it, and was denied a liquor license. I know a lot of you are thinking, "Wow.. Big deal!", well it actually is a big deal. In the restuarant business if you do not have the legal license to to sell alcohol your profit margin is VERY VERY small at best. This man is trying to better his community with a nice place for people to eat at and he can't even get granted a small license. It's not like he's opening a nightclub or something. Why is a little wine with some Italian food such a terrible thing? Anyways, so to protest this he hung the American flag upside down on he 4th of July. Could have pick a better day to do this, but what he did is his man given (that's right. MAN given) right to hang his flag anyway he wants to. He didn't break any laws. He didn't burn the thing. He hung it upside down. The closest thing to illegal they could come up with is that people found it disrespectful and, "It is illegal to cause a disruption." No it isn't. It IS however to disturb the peace. If I walk to my nearest Wal-Mart and scream at the top of my lungs I may have embarrassed myself, but I did NOT break the law.

I salute this man, who is an Iraq war veteran. This man had an opinion that disagreed with the Governments and guess who won? The Government. Shocker. Call me unamerican. Call me ignorant. Call me whatever you want, but in reality who is the REAL unamerican? Who is REALLY ignorant? According to the Constitution of the United States of America this man is allowed to voice his opinion! I support you 100% Vito Congine Jr.!

Man It Feels Good To Be Back!

This is going to be just a quick post.  Not a whole lot has happened since my last post, but I've been away just taking a breather.  The most notable thing I can think of is I got my first follower!  The process to take over the world has officially been started my friends!  An update on the comedy thing.  The actual date of the open mic is like tomorrow or something so I obviously won't be ready.  So, I'm going to have to wait to do it in August because they only have one open mic night a month.  Weak.  I'll be able to work on and perfect my material, so I'm not too bummed.  Hope everyone had an awesome 4th!  Keep checking in on me to make sure I'm digitally alive!

Somewhat Disappointed

Hello again all you Coynauts that do not actually exist..yet!  I promised you a bloated blog with information, pictures and descriptions of events.  You will get 2 out 3 of those promises, but 2 out 3 ain't bad damn it!  Moving on..  I will do this in chapters.

Chapter 1 - My Life
So the big news I was talking about last night is pretty exciting to me.  For awhile now I've been toying around with the idea of getting my foot wet in stand-up comedy.  That opportunity will shortly be a reality!  There is a bar in a neighboring city that has open mic comedy nights and I plan on attending one of these lovely evenings.  I'm not going in expecting too much, but man I can certainly dream.  I could be the next Dane Cook!  haha..  Anyways.. I'll keep my blog poster on when I really do get down there and my friend will film the entire thing so I can post it for all of you wonderful people!

Chapter 2 - My Social Life
So, my good friend Erica had a party for her birthday last night.  I said I was going to tell it like it is and I wasn't going to sugarcoat anything and I am a man of my word.  I arrive to the party around 11 pm.  I got there and it somehow took me back to highschool.  There groups of friends not socializing with the other groups of people.  It was quiet, somewhat packed in a small house and just overall subpar.  There was a flock of eager drinking participants waiting to get their turn on what was a 2 on 2 game of beer pong with 10 cups.  If you're having trouble doing the math that basically means the games took FOREVER.  But then I started drinking and the night turned a familiar direction.  My arrogance and cockiness convinced a friend of mine to use the table to play boat races while they were still playing beer pong.  Rude?  Sure.  Do I care?  Sure don't.

Subchapter - My Opinion
You see.. You have a party to bring a various amounts of people together to have fun, meet new people, try new things and just overall have a good time.  How is the majority of the people there supposed to enjoy WATCHING you play beer pong all night?  That is what the pre-party is for with your close friends and people who get there early.  When there are 4x the amount of people spectating than there are actually playing the game that means it is time to switch it up people!

Chapter 3 - The Missing Chapter
I'm going to be beyond honest right now.  I was very much looking forward to this particular chapter.  Me and two friends were going to hit up a nice little trail that led you into some caves and caverns.  I was going to take some pictures, see some cool things and just get outside.  Instead now I will most likely go to McDonalds and get a quarter pounder with cheese, no onions, a large fry and a large sweet tea.  I hope that was detailed enough.  I am saddened that today I won't get to experience that adventure.  I will definitely get some pictures up of my next hiking trip.  I will go hiking by myself if need be.
The end.

I hope you enjoyed my short story for today.  There will be a sequel in the works and I will provide full coverage of the incidents of my life!  Have a great day everyone!

My Pre-Blog!

Just a quick little update!  I have some things in the works right now and I will be posting more information regarding that tomorrow.  Tomorrow's blog should be nice and bloated.  My friend is having a birthday party tonight so hopefully I can remember the bulk of it and share all of the interesting and wild things I participated in!  Also, if I am physically up to it I will be hiking tomorrow with a few friends.  Pictures and descriptions are included!
